  • Booking : A 50% non-refundable fee secures your date. Balance cleared on shoot day.
  • Time: Please arrive on time – Delays shorten your session. After 30 – 1h late, the shoot may be cancelled or attract extra fees or even rescheduled at a fee.
  • Rescheduling: Notify us 72 hours prior to reschedule. Cancellation after booking forfeit the deposit.
  • Editing: Only JC MEDIA STUDIO may retouch or edit images. RAW FILE ARE NOT RELEASED unless Ultimate package.
  • Usage Right: JC MEDIA STUDIO retains copyright. Images may be used for our portfolio and promotion, unless client ask for privacy.
  • Extra Cost: Travel, parking or venue fees are borne by the client. Overtime is billed hourly.
